RESEARCH PARTICIPANT PRIVACY AND PARTICIPATION NOTICE

Part A – General Privacy Notice (Applies to All Individuals)
This Part A constitutes the general Privacy Policy of Health Insights, LLC, dba TriVoca Health (“TriVoca Health”) and explains, in clear and practical language, how TriVoca Health collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. It applies to all individuals who interact with TriVoca Health, including website visitors, clients, vendors, panel members, research participants, and other individuals.

We collect and process such data only with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law, and you may have additional rights to access, delete, or withdraw consent to the use of such data.
Part B – Research Participant Privacy Notice, Consent, and Non-Disclosure Terms
This Part B applies only if you choose to participate in a research study conducted, moderated, or facilitated by TriVoca Health. Participation is voluntary and intended solely for research and insight purposes, not for sales or promotional activity.
Participation in this research will not affect your employment, professional standing, access to healthcare, or relationship with any organization. You should participate only if you understand and agree to the terms described below.
- Research Context and Integrity
TriVoca Health conducts qualitative and quantitative research, often in healthcare and life sciences contexts, on behalf of commercial, academic, or institutional clients. To protect research integrity, sponsor identities may be withheld until study completion, and all research materials and discussions are treated as confidential. - Information Collected During Research
Research participation may involve providing opinions, experiences, and professional insights, and may include audio or video recording. All research information is provided directly to you. -
Use and Legal Basis for Research Information
Research information is used to conduct and analyze research sessions, identify trends and insights, and prepare aggregated research outputs. Processing is primarily based on your explicit, informed consent and, where applicable, on legal or regulatory obligations.Where required by applicable law (including Washington State law), we will obtain express, opt in consent before collecting or sharing health related or other sensitive personal information.
- Observation, Recording, and Client Access
Research sessions may be observed live or reviewed later by TriVoca Health and the sponsoring client and may be recorded to ensure accurate analysis. Where possible, research findings are reported in aggregated or de-identified form. - Adverse Event and Safety Reporting
TriVoca Health may be required to report adverse events to study sponsors or regulatory authorities. Only the minimum personal information necessary to meet these obligations will be shared. - Research Data Retention
Unless otherwise required by law, research data is typically retained for up to 12 months, consent records for 24 months, and recordings are deleted within 180 days following study completion. - Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
By participating, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of study materials and discussions and not to record or disclose them. All study concepts, materials, feedback, recordings, and outputs are the exclusive intellectual property of the study sponsor or client. - Withdrawal and Consent Confirmation
You may withdraw from a study at any time. Where required by law or applicable professional guidelines, explicit consent will be requested for participation, recording, and the processing of any health-related or other sensitive personal data.
